Logos can only be used by the clients which are qualified after initial audits, surveillance audits and re-certification audits under circumstances listed below;

1. Kalitest logos can not be used to damage the reputation of Kalitest.

2. Logo drafts have to be sent before printing by the clients to the Kalitest Certification Directorship to get authorization of the proper usage of logos.

3. Logos have to be used for only the activities of the client which are specified on the scope of the certificate.

4. Logos can not be used directly on the product or to emphasize the conformity/quality of the product.

5. Logos can be used on the package of the product to imply the quality of the client’s management system.

6. Logos can be magnified or minified according to the constant ratios of width and length of its original size and ratio.

7. Only Kalitest logos could be adjusted with client’s logo colors otherwise it is preferred that Kalitest logos have to be used with its original colors. But Türkak trademark’s color can not be changed in any circumstances.

8. Logos can be used on white background.

9. Logo usage of the clients has been followed and controlled after every certification audits. And all the claim
a) Corrective action procedure will be implemented after the wrong usage of logo.
b) Corrective action procedure will be implemented in the abuse of logo usage. In that situation either logo can be recalled or a legal action can be initialized by Kalitest.
c) This clause is also related to the parties who are using Kalitest logos in abuse however they have not any commercial relationship with Kalitest.

10. Türkak accreditation mark can not be used alone. It has to be used with Kalitest logo all the time shown as the table above.

11. Kalitest logos can not be used more dominant than the original logo of the client. Client’s logo has to be stand in the forefront or equivalent.

12. Clients who have more than one certificate can use the logos side by side or one under the other.

13. Under the circumstances of suspend and/or cancellation of certificate, logo usage has to be stopped immediately. All the leaflets, packages, flags, cars and promotion materials which carry the logo of Kalitest have to get out of use by client.

14. Kalitest logos without Türkak trademark can be used on stationary materials (e.g. letterhead, envelope, and invoice), promotional materials (e.g. catalogue, leaflet, advertisement, exhibition desk etc.), flags, business cards, company cars, building walls, personnel uniforms and product packages. They can not be used directly on the products, on laboratory test reports, calibration or inspection reports.

15. Kalitest logos with Türkak can be used on stationary materials (e.g. letterhead, envelope and invoice etc.), advertisement materials (catalogue, leaflet, advertisement, exhibition desk etc.), interior walls of the building and on the doors of the client’s place. But they can not be used on the product, product package, flags, cars, business cards, promotion materials, exterior building walls and in calibration, inspection and laboratory test reports.
